…I’d blog in the moorrnnning.
I’d blog in the evening,
I’d blog all night loo-oong.
I’d blog out dre-esses,
I’d blog out ba-aby
I’d blog ’bout the crafts, and the vintage, and the diapers and the Jalie’s
All over blog-land!
It just ain’t the same without a camera at my immediate disposal!
Camera # One- my everloving Nikon DSLR has run off to Ottawa, not to be seen again until Miss Lauren comes home from University later this month. It had some great photos on it . Stupid me lost about half of them when I downloaded them to the computer. Note to EVERYONE- do not NOT NOT click the little square that says “delete all images from camera when finished downloading” Bad things happen, especially when one is three quarters asleep! Suffice it to say that I lost about 300 cruise photos. Dumb, dumb dumb!
Camera #2 A run of the mill digital, had a bit of an accident with a waterfall on our cruise last month, and I have yet to see if it can be fixed – or if it is even worth fixing. Meanwhile, the photos I took on the cruise- dress posing, new vintage style bathing suit photos, are hopefully still on the card. But I don’t have a card reader and I keep forgetting to grab it when I go to “town”.
And we all know that a picture is worth a thousand words!
For instance. I was making a Moby-type wrap for Mme Kate yesterday. It is a type of baby sling. We have a pregnant cat in the house- oh yes, also never NEVER NEVER let your daughters visiting teenage female cat loose in the house when you also have a very old unneutered male cat around. Talk about “16 and pregnant” sigh
Anyways, I walked into the kitchen, where I had left some scraps of said fabric on the floor, and TMO (Tequila Monroe) had completely wrapped herself up in it- just like she was trying out her own mobywrap.
Here’s a pict…..Oh wait -no camera…
Imagine though, how funny that would have looked- if I had a camera!!
Maybe I can steal one this weekend…
See you soon!

I have heard that even if you delete pictures off of your memory card they are still there, maybe try this to get them back

I feel your pain. My dd took our camera to Europe and promptly broke it ;(
Oh no, Connie. I feel your pain! It stinks to lose such important photos. I send you sympathy vibes.
Lost vacation photos, such a bummer! Unbeknownst, I had my camera set to take tiny pictures the entire time I was in Spain.
I have used Photo Nose to get lost pictures back and it worked great! You should give it a try. http://www.photonose.com/
