I said “Yes!” to being a bridesmaid, I was SOB’s “twin”… Too bad she’s a 6′ red-head… I wore a huge-scaled plaid dress –only needed four squares for mine!!. And a humongous garden hat. “Hey, you look like a mushroom!!” I had to $$ for those lovely compliments!!” For my brother’s wedding, I said “NO, THANKS!” and read I Cor. 13 instead

Your daughters are soooo lucky! And I’m sure they know it!! I love the concept of the same color/fabric yet different styles on bridesmaids. As a waitress (at way too many weddings) I found this idea to be the classiest! And what’s wrong with dressing up for the market? Don’t we all wear formal attire when shopping for produce??
