A friend I know waited without the internet for the day because she got an error message to reset the modem. Her 14yo fixed it in about 5 seconds - turned it off then on, one-handed. The only consoling thought is that one day our grandchildren will be rooling their eyes at their parents too, lol. LOL, I have been known to call my 14yo DS over to tell me how to do something.
